In a sliding doors moment, she transitioned into the world of high tech Public Relations and learned the importance of third-party validation and social proof to create loyalty, trust and exposure. These experiences deepened her knowledge of the power of relationships and the importance of “seeing” people and being present in business. For the past six years, she’s been intensely invested in the real estate industry. Her heart is drawn to the individual agent as she understands the challenges of wearing numerous hats while juggling a multitude of competing tasks and priorities. It can be overwhelming, a feeling deeply understood since she is no stranger to the highs and lows of launching, building and growing businesses.
As a dedicated student and yoga teacher, Molly pursued the study of intention and the power of focused effort and purpose. This knowledge, coupled with her marketing prowess, illuminated the notion that thoughtfulness, while creating unexpected, memorable experiences are the ingredients needed to break through today’s noisy and competitive business landscape.
