Afternoon Tea with Elizabeth Colen

“I can feel this in my soul because I have been here before."

Elizabeth Colen, CEO of Ms. Fit One

Elizabeth Colon’s story is about so much more than weight loss. It’s about getting fit. And, in her eyes, fit stands for: Focused. Internal.Transfiguration. Now she’s committed to helping other women achieve the same success she has known.

Most women are overwhelmed. “They are running companies, they are running their kid's life, their soccer family, the PTA and are forgetting about the most important part, themselves.”

Elizabeth brings a simple, soulful approach to her coaching. From customized  grocery lists, to workouts, she holds your hand to help you find success. But, the real work happens with a shift in mindset. Incorporating daily rituals such as a gratitude journal (over a cup of tea!) should be positive and filled with energy. It’s all about the intention since action follows thought.

And she understands how hard it is because she gained her weight while she was busy building her brokerage company and proving herself, too. A health scare woke her up and that’s when she decided it was time for a change. Check out this video as she tells her story on Gwyneth Paltrow’s Youtube show called The Restart Project. Elizabeth weaves her superpower listening skills to help the women she empowers to make the change she was able to do.

How can we help Elizabeth's business grow? She wants her tribe (aka our collective group of women!) to grow. She wants you to help your community, encourage one another and hold someone's hand. Together we are unstoppable. So embrace your Ms. Fit One and hire Elizabeth if you're ready to begin your own weight loss journey.

Marilyn Wilson is one of the smartest women I’ve ever met. She’s one of those people who  just “gets it” and has been a huge inspiration to me and so many others in the real estate industry. Words like impact-driven person, change maker and badass give you the essence of who she is and what’s she about, but hardly scratch the surface. “Ever since I was a kid, I wanted to make positive waves of change.” Making the world a better place, leaving things better than when she arrived, these are her hallmarks and her wiring.
